INGREDIENT STATEMENT ON BAG:
Blended of Cracker Meal, Soy Flour, Salt, Dehydrated Onion, Spices, Dehydrated Red Bell
Peppers, Dehydrated Celery, Garlic Powder and Oleoresin of Paprika.
DESCRIPTION:
This blend contains the right amount of bell pepper, onion and spices to produce a tasty
"old fashion" meat loaf.
MEAT LOAF
INGREDIENTS:
8.0 Lbs. 70% Lean Beef
2.0 Lbs. Water
1 Bag #8 Old Plantation Meat Loaf Seasoning
Blend 113
MANUFACTURING PROCEDURE:
1. Grind beef through a 1/8 inch plate.
2. Transfer to mixer. Add nonmeat ingredients. Mix 1 minute.
3. Regrind through a 1/8 inch plate.
4. Put into loaf pans.
OPTIONAL MANUFACTURING PROCEDURE:
1. Thoroughly mix 8 Lbs. ground beef, 2 Lbs. water and 1 bag (14.5 Oz.) of
seasoning.
2. Put into loaf pans.
